The Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden is this year’s number one rated zoo in the nation according to the USA Today. Cincinnati Zoo continues to impress their guests by opening up their new craft beer garden, Hops! This restaurant features local brewery’s including MadTree, Fifty West, Braxton, Three Points, and High Grain, with rotating famous national beers. Hops will also include locally sourced food menu items. Featured menu items from flatbread pizza, oven-roasted meatballs and marinara, oven-fried chicken wings, salad, roasted cauliflower, and shareable pretzels with beer cheese.
Hops is part of the zoo’s “More Home to Roam” program, a $150-million capital campaign. The goal is to provide better homes for the animals and a better zoo for you. Enhancing the zoo experience with new exhibits and restaurants while expanding former habitats. The multi-tiered beer garden will over look Roo Valley, opening in Spring of 2020. Roo Valley will feature a kangaroo walkabout, penguin habitat, and Klimb an adventure ropes course. Kingdom Productions tag-teamed with Service System Associates and the Cincinnati Zoo to produce the Hops Beer Garden signage way-finding, and custom receptacle surrounds.
